  • Terms & Conditions
    1. These Terms & Conditions apply to Sushi King MY app’s "Refer a Friend Program" ("Program"). By referring a friend or participating in the Program, the Referrer and Referee agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
    2. To make referrals, the Referrer must:
      1. Provide a valid mobile number registered in Malaysia, Singapore or Brunei; linked to an active WhatsApp account.
      2. Have an active / registered account on Sushi King MY app
    3. The Referrer and Referee will each receive 200 Smile Points worth RM10 upon completion of a Qualifying Referral.
      1. A Qualifying Referral must include a successful download, registration and verification of the Sushi King MY App within the date; failure of which the referral will not be considered as a Qualifying Referral.
      2. Each link that is sent by Referrer to Referee is unique and MUST NOT be shared with multiple users for referral purposes.
    4. This Program is available only for new account registrations. Please allow 5 days for referral validation and referral rewards to be applied.
    5. If your account is “unverified” or has been deleted, you are no longer eligible to participate in the Program. Upon deletion of your account, it will become inactive and you may not make referrals or earn Program points, including any referral points that may be pending.
    6. Sushi King reserves the right to refuse any referral for a Sushi King MY account or to impose limitations on the usage of the account (and, by extension, the Sushi King MY benefits), in the event Sushi King believes that the elements of fraud, misconduct or unauthorised use is involved in the transaction. Sushi King may at any time suspend or cancel the Sushi King MY account (and, by extension, the Membership) of the Member if Sushi King believes that the Sushi King MY account has been used for or is intended to be used for fraud, misconduct or other unauthorised usages. In the event of such, the Membership will be invalid once suspended or cancelled by Sushi King and all the Smile Points and Smile Rewards in the Sushi King MY account will be forfeited.
